Untamed

Twilight, fireflies to light posts glide,
Unkempt disdain burns distant.
inhibitions combine, thirsty under
the starry slopes of Norway.
A chain unwinds, the dim light
scampers and its motive is succinct --
through the howls and the heartland
I hear each bursting link
deliciously pop.
