The Working Group is directed by Jessica Goldberg (University of Maryland and NBER), Claudia Goldin (Harvard University and NBER), and Claudia Olivetti (Dartmouth College and NBER).\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.com\/v3\/__http:\/\/projects.nber.org\/drupal\/GITE__;!!Jh1S!lBIpudkmSw8eab_JBiYJ6CZJbbP3wZsZOnp_4YpaXnjD8av3xKjQBLwRih9vd3jq86J3wXYPzlqQ$\">Further information on the Working Group<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Working Group will convene a one and a half day research meeting in Cambridge, Massachusetts on July 28 and 29, 2026 as part of the NBER Summer Institute. The meeting will feature approximately ten to twelve research presentations and possibly some shorter talks.<\/p>\n<p>The GITE Working Group invites submissions on any aspect of gender in the economy, including all genders.<\/p>\n<p>We are planning for an in-person meeting in Cambridge, MA.\u00a0 There will not be an option to attend virtually;\u00a0 however, the presentations will be streamed live on the NBER\u2019s YouTube Channel.<\/p>\n<p>We will only accept papers, not abstracts. Submitted papers can be less-than-polished drafts. Papers that will be published by July 2026 will not be considered.
