CISS Taking Part in BU’s 2026 Giving Day for the Second Year

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, April 8, 2026 for BU’s 2026 Giving Day! This is an annual opportunity to help support exciting programs like CISS’s Undergraduate Research Internships, PhD Dissertation Finishing Fellowships, Summer Mini-Grants, Faculty Pilot Research and Book Workshop Grants and much more.

BU Giving Day is the day the community comes together to support BU’s largest annual fundraiser. The day is a unique opportunity for programs across campus to raise funds, expand visibility, and advance missions. Last year, over 350 schools, departments, centers, teams, and units participated. CISS is thrilled to be taking part once again in 2026. With your participation, whether donating yourself or just sharing our link and information with others, we can make this Giving Day our most successful!

Boston University (BU) Giving Day funds go directly to the specific departments, schools, colleges, or centers selected by the donor. These funds, along with potential bonuses from competitive, hourly, and donor-count challenges, are used by those units for discretionary spending, research, student experiences, and initiatives.
