CAS AR190 Introduction to Archaeology introduces students to key theoretical frameworks in archaeology and applies them to real-world themes and datasets.
The class’s first lab focused on garbology reporting. During the lab, students analyzed and grouped discarded items based on their relationships to one another, interpreting how these materials reflect patterns of human behavior.
