A single leadership decision can trigger cascading consequences, erode public trust, and disrupt critical services. Despite this reality, ethical leadership remains underdeveloped in cybersecurity education and professional practice.<\/p>\n<p>This interactive workshop introduces a novel Ethical-AI framework designed to<br \/>\nstrengthen ethical decision-making among current and future cybersecurity leaders.<br \/>\nThe workshop draws on the Colored Spinning Cogwheels Model (CSCM), which<br \/>\nemphasizes contextual awareness, leadership competencies, and strategic action.<br \/>\nParticipants will engage with an interactive video-based cybersecurity case study<br \/>\nenhanced by Large Language Model (LLM) agents. The workshop will also address<br \/>\nthe critical evaluation of AI-generated recommendations, with particular attention to<br \/>\nreducing over-reliance and mitigating the risks of hallucinations.<\/p>\n<p>By integrating leadership studies, ethics, artificial intelligence, computer science,<br \/>\nmentoring, and cybersecurity, this workshop provides participants with practical tools<br \/>\nand conceptual frameworks to enhance trust-centered leadership in complex cyber<br \/>\ncrises. The workshop is designed for professionals, mentors, and researchers seeking<br \/>\nto bridge technical expertise with ethical responsibility across a variety of<br \/>\norganizational contexts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u202fOrly\u202f Shapira Lishchinsky<\/strong> is a Professor in the Department of Educational<br \/>\nAdministration and Leadership and Head of the Institute for Social Integration,<br \/>\nFaculty of Education, BarIlan University, Israel. Her studies highlight ethical<br \/>\nleadership and team-based simulations grounded in case studies. To date, she has<br \/>\npublished over 80 peer-reviewed journal articles and three scholarly books.
