CIMS Alum Featured in “The Shelton Herald”

A recent news story in the The Shelton Herald features CIMS alum, Dillon Bentlage.  He discusses Karen Twins, the production company he and his collaborator, Brian Reilly, founded, and the work they produce.

After graduating from BU in 2018 with a degree in Cinema & Media Studies, Dillon moved to Amsterdam where he wrote and shot his first feature film, Dilettantes. The Indie Gathering International Film festival awarded the film 2nd best Drama/Romance film, and actor Luis Rizo won best supporting actor. Dilettantes was also selected for a screening at the Seattle True Independent Film Festival. Dillon’s newest project, Play It By Ear, is a 6-part series about a young couple navigating post-college life and a long distance relationship. A trailer for the series was released early this month. He also produces a film podcast, Only Real Fans.
