As a new Senior Consultant with CIDA, Spencer is bringing that passion and experience to Boston University.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:120,&quot;335559739&quot;:120,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Prior to joining the CIDA team, Spencer spent time as a consultant for a boutique management consulting firm based just outside of Boston. During his time there, Spencer worked with multiple government agencies in Massachusetts to reimagine their processes including most recently the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (\u201cMCAD\u201d). Working with MCAD, Spencer led a team that developed the improvements to the intake, investigation, and triaging of discrimination complaints in Massachusetts with a particular focus on bettering outcomes and transparency for MA residents. Prior to his government consulting work, Spencer spent time working in commercial real estate as a project manager for lease transactions for major national clients in the United States and Puerto Rico.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:120,&quot;335559739&quot;:120,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Outside of the office, Spencer stays active by playing tennis, golf, and boxing.
