Esther is a results-driven project manager, serving as a Manager on the Continuous Improvement team. Specializing in leading process improvement initiatives across Boston University, she leverages lean principles to enhance efficiency. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In her previous role as Project Manager for Government Affairs at Tufts Medicine, Esther played a key role in developing strategic policy priorities for the health system. Before her tenure at Tufts Medicine, she served as a consultant at Public Consulting Group, managing multiple client contracts and delivering successful outcomes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
