Continuous Improvement at Boston University<\/strong>
\nWhile formally established in 2019, the concepts of continuous improvement have been integral to operational successes across the University for many years. Many offices including Financial Affairs<\/a>, Internal Audit & Advisory Services<\/a>, Information Services & Technology<\/a>, and Enrollment Services Operations<\/a> have been driving continuous improvement methodologies in their work through focused training, seminars, and events. However, the establishment of the Continuous Improvement Committee<\/a> marks the beginning of a coordinated University effort to bring continuous improvement to the forefront of our culture. Led by the Associate Director of Advisory Services, Kelly Lockard, the Continuous Improvement Committee is made up of leaders in continuous improvement from across the University. This committee is committed to engaging the University in meaningful dialogue regarding operational efficiencies and supporting continuous improvement training and projects for the community.
