Accepting Applications for Lecturer in General Chemistry Through April 21

The Department of Chemistry at Boston University invites applications from outstanding candidates for the position of Lecturer starting July 1, 2023. This position requires a Ph.D. in Chemistry, with a preference for candidates who have substantial experience in teaching general chemistry lectures and laboratories. Duties include coordinating and leading the laboratory component of a two-semester general chemistry course, as well as lecturing in general chemistry. Candidates with an interest in developing innovative pedagogical approaches in laboratory chemistry instruction are especially encouraged to apply.
