Her master\u2019s thesis was about human capital and the upward occupational mobility\u00a0of rural migrant workers in China, with a particular focus on the differentiated marginal effects of different human capital factors, which are related to the careerprogression paths across occupational groups and the specific skill requirements withinoccupational groups.
