Some of my responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serving as the point of contact for both divisions.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the divisional Chairs with various Faculty Actions such as the Faculty Review process, Faculty Reappointments, Faculty Searches, New Appointments, Promotions, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Serving as an Assistant Administrator for BU Digication. In this capacity, I assist with uploading and maintaining student lists each semester and serve as a point of contact for faculty and students who need support throughout the semester. I also assist the Assessment Committee with gathering student e-portfolios for their review process.<\/li>\n<li>Serving as point person for Boston-New England Team and executing logistics for booking trips and events.<\/li>\n<li>Onboarding and mentoring new Divisional Administrative Assistants.<\/li>\n<li>Managing master proctoring schedule for tracking proctoring needs and assist with proctoring exams or finding coverage, as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Managing various Microsoft Teams&#8217; sites for promotions cases, hiring and divisional needs.<\/li>\n<li>Holding check-ins with Divisional Administrative Assistants to review upcoming action items and\/or divisional issues to submit to Director of Finance &amp; Operations,<\/li>\n<li>Covering for other divisions during Admin absences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":16662,"template":"","_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/profile\/47982"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/profile"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/profile"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/16662"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/profile\/47982\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":47988,"href":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/profile\/47982\/revisions\/47988"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=47982"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
