This is why I do what I do \u2013 helping students to grow and evolve and be the most authentic themselves in this world! I have worked in education field more than 10 years through K-12 to postsecondary, and it always brings me great joy when I see my students thriving in their academic journey and finding their own definition of success! Before I joined the CGS, I was a professional academic coach and an international Student\/Scholar Advisor at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where I supported college students to maximize their strengths to succeed in their academic career.<\/p>\n<p>I am passionate about advising and coaching college students because it gives me an opportunity to build a strong relationship with every student I meet and to provide an individualized support to their unique situations\/challenges. Besides, my students always teach me something that I don\u2019t know about before!!\u00a0 What a great way to support each other to grow!
