Select the desired date, time, and mode. Once selected, click the <strong>Schedule\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<li>The new meeting will populate in the <strong>Upcoming<\/strong> tab on the Appointments page. When an appointment is scheduled, the meeting invite will be sent to your BU email and calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><span><div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Cancelling an Appointment<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>On the Appointments page list view or in the Appointment Details page, click the <strong>Actions<\/strong> button for the appointment you wish to cancel. Then, click\u00a0<strong>Cancel<\/strong>. The Cancel window will display. Enter a message explaining the cancellation reason, then click\u00a0<strong>Confirm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><span><div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Rescheduling an Appointment<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>On the Appointments page list view or in the Appointment Details page, click the <strong>Actions<\/strong> button for the appointment you wish to reschedule. Then, click\u00a0<strong>Reschedule<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The availability of your advisor will display.
