Go on an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/2019\/01\/10\/my100days-mountaineering-in-patagonia\/\">outdoor adventure<\/a>\u2026 Do some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/2019\/04\/25\/my100days-traveling-the-world\/\">globe-trotting<\/a> \u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/2019\/03\/28\/my100days-bringing-a-sustainability-project-to-the-finish-line\/\">make a difference in your own hometown<\/a> \u2026 take a class or two \u2026 and take time to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/2019\/04\/25\/my100days-focusing-on-your-passions\/\">explore your interests<\/a>\u2014it\u2019s up to you!<\/li>\n<li>During your spring semester in Boston, you\u2019ll take classes in humanities, social science, and rhetoric\u2014along with an elective toward your major.<\/li>\n<li>After you finish your spring semester in Boston, you\u2019ll <a href=\"http:\/\/bu.edu\/cgs\/experiences\/study-abroad\">head to London<\/a> for an intensive, six-week semester\u2014completing a full year of course credits (32 credits) by the end of the summer. For those unable to study in London, CGS will offer a summer semester in Boston.<\/li>\n<li>In your second year, you\u2019ll continue taking interdisciplinary courses at CGS and electives at other BU schools and colleges, capping the year with a <a href=\"http:\/\/bu.edu\/cgs\/experiences\/capstone\">Capstone project<\/a> that teaches collaboration, communication, and how to synthesize all the interdisciplinary learning you\u2019ve done.<\/li>\n<li>After completing two years in CGS, you\u2019re halfway to a BU degree. Simply declare a major and seamlessly transition to one of BU\u2019s other undergraduate schools or colleges to complete your BU degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What are my next steps?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Explore the Program:<\/strong> Learn more about the classes you\u2019ll take and what those <a href=\"http:\/\/bu.edu\/cgs\/academics\/our-program\">two years of study<\/a> will look like.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visit CGS:<\/strong> Whether you are in your last couple years of high school, or have already applied to Boston University, we encourage you to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/admissions\/schedule-a-visit\/#https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cgs\/admissions\/schedule-a-visit\/\">visit CGS<\/a>.
