After beginning her career at Ernst &amp; Young, Marion joined <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\">the <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\">internal audit<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\"> group at Rutgers University<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\"> in 2008<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\">.<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\"> <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\">During COVID, she had the unique opportunity to take on the role of Chief Audit Executive at Ohio University, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\">where she led the Office of Audit, Risk, and Compliance, splitting her time between Ohio and her home state of NJ. Her experience<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\"> between both institutions includes<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\"> <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\">facilitating<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\"> an <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\">Enterprise Risk Management program, managing <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\">a<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\"> university ethics hotline,<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\"> <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\">directing a<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\"> University Compliance<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\"> Officer<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\"> and Privacy Officer, serving on university committees, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\">conducting countless audits, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW189159091 BCX0\">among other tasks.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW189159091 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Marion is an active volunteer with the Association of College and University Auditors (ACUA). She has held numerous leadership roles with the organization\u2014including having served as President of the Board of Directors from 2023-2024. In her spare time, Marion enjoys running and really tasty meals.
