{"id":948,"date":"2022-04-01T08:02:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-01T12:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cfa\/?post_type=profile&#038;p=948"},"modified":"2024-10-07T12:12:35","modified_gmt":"2024-10-07T16:12:35","slug":"kenneth-radnofsky","status":"publish","type":"profile","link":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cfa\/about\/contact-directions\/directory\/kenneth-radnofsky\/","title":{"rendered":"Kenneth Radnofsky"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Kenneth Radnofsky<\/strong> has appeared as soloist with leading orchestras including the Leipzig Gewandhaus, New York Philharmonic under Kurt Masur, Jerusalem Symphony with Gisele Ben-Dor and Boston Pops with John Williams.\u00a0 Radnofsky premiered Gunther Schuller\u2019s Concerto with the Pittsburgh Symphony (composer conducting), and David Amram&#8217;s Concerto with the Portland Symphony, under Bruce Hangen. The 100 plus solo works he has commissioned also include Netzer, Trester, Colgrass,\u00a0 Harbison,\u00a0 Martino,\u00a0 Gandolfi, Olivero, Horvit, Fatas, Yannatos, Perker, Jakoulov, Schwartz, Yang and Bell, to name a few.
