He teaches the Alexander Technique (AT) and Somatic Practice in the School of Theatre\u2019s BFA Acting program, the School of Music\u2019s Opera Institute, and the Graduate Music Performance Program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>He has presented workshops in Ireland, Germany, and New York City for Alexander Technique International, the Alexander Technique Congress Association, and Freedom to Act, respectively. He has published writing through the Alexander Technique Congress Association on teaching the Alexander Technique to emerging actors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>He has studied extensively with Master teacher Betsy Polatin and completed her 3-year training course, The Actor\u2019s Secret, which trains AT teachers to incorporate the principles of Somatic Experiencing and Breathing Coordination to help performers remove blocks to creativity.
