Grants & Research Opportunities<\/h1>\n

Students in the School of Theatre have numerous opportunities to engage in research projects throughout their time at BU, including work through the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program<\/a><\/strong> (UROP), and with special theatre initiatives, new works development, and interdisciplinary projects<\/a> with BU faculty.<\/p>\n

A School of Theatre production in collaboration with graphic designers in the School of Visual Arts, unveiled software created at BU for live-capture stage projections. Behind the theatrical project was a technical one, supported by the Shipley Center for Digital Learning & Innovation<\/a> and driven by visiting artist Paolo Scoppola.<\/p>\n

She\u2019s presented her scholarship at Performance Studies International, American Society for Theatre Research, Arts Patronage Conference at Oxford University, Association for Theatre in Higher Education, the International Federation of Theatre Research, and American Alliance in Theatre Education.<\/span><\/p>\n
