The Horn Workshop is led by director, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cfa\/about\/contact-directions\/directory\/michael-thornton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Michael Thornton<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mock auditions and performance classes<\/li>\n<li>Class time devoted to the fundamentals of technique<\/li>\n<li>Study of a variety of musical styles and genres in both solo and orchestral repertoire<\/li>\n<li>Individualized attention and masterclasses<\/li>\n<li>Performance opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Boston University transferable course credit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Related Programs<\/h4>\n<p>BUTI encourages you to apply to every program for which you&#8217;re interested and eligible. Any student applying for scholarship must complete the scholarship section of the admissions application, even if only applying for a merit-based award (the scholarship application is found within the digital admissions application).
