Innovative CFA Play Puts Generative AI to the Shakespeare Test<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dream, <\/em>an iteration of the Bard\u2019s classic A Midsummer Night\u2019s Dream<\/em>, uses image-projecting software Random Actor to bring the production to life. The production is a collaboration among all three CFA schools: the School of Theatre, the School of Visual Arts, and the School of Music. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Visual Thinking & Art Are Transforming Medical Education<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Led by Dr. Deepthi Gunasekaran and Dr. Gopal Yadavalli, the VITAL Program (Visual Thinking & Art in Learning Medicine) at Boston University brings medical fellows, residents, and students into BU Art Galleries<\/a> to strengthen essential clinical skills. Through hands-on art-based sessions\u2014including drawing, close-looking, and reflective group discussions\u2014participants develop sharper observation, communication, and clinical reasoning skills. More than just art appreciation, this innovative workshop embraces visual thinking to help future doctors become more empathetic, perceptive, and adaptable in the face of medical uncertainty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
