Jessie Rubenstein is a multimedia designer, design educator, and advocate for the arts. Jessie’s design work includes exhibition, installation, environmental graphics, interactive, and brand identity. Jessie has a special interest in projects that are community based and include audience participation, she currently working on a collection of designed objects that utilize laser cutting. Notable museum projects include Walter Clore Wine and Culinary Center in Washington State, “Hurricanes: Katrina and Beyond” for the Louisiana State History Museum, the American Indian Galleries for the Denver Art Museum. Jessie’s experience also includes creating brand identity and environments for corporate clients such as MetLife, Lipton Naturals, and Shanti Yoga. Jessie is a lecturer at the School for Visual Arts in Graphic Design at Boston University and is on the board of advisors for the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts.
