The Impact of Gifts to BU Arts Initiative
BU Arts Initiative strives to provide resources and support so that the entire Boston University community can pursue, experience, make, and create art. From student workshops to residencies to academic research, gifts to BU Arts Initiative help to make all of it possible.
A donation of $50 covers the costs of craft/art materials for five students for our First Friday or Third Thursday programs.
A donation of $400 provides an Arts Insider event for up to 20 students.
A donation of $750 can provide 50 student tickets for Art for 5 events in the Boston area.
A gift of $1,000 can cover the cost of paint and supplies for a student public art mural.
A $2,000 leadership gift covers a day or more of an artist in residence in partnership with an academic department.
A $5,000 leadership gift funds an international artist visit to campus.
