Trio Perruches

Boston University College of Fine Arts School of Music presents Trio Perruches. The Denver-based Trio Perruches, with members violinist Robyn Julyan, cellist David Short, and BU faculty composer/pianist Ketty Nez, perform a concert of music by women composers including Nez’s “trio in memory,” and Gabriela Lena Frank’s “Four Folk Songs.” These richly folk-infused pieces are counterpointed by Clara Schumann’s Piano Trio in G minor, considered her finest work.
