The two-week Cello Workshop, directed by Professor Allison Yoshie Eldredge, creates a supportive and positive community designed to provide the tools and techniques necessary to enhance your performance level. Classes address all aspects of cello playing ranging from basic technique to style and musicianship.
- Group classes to develop musicianship, practice skills, and healthy playing
- Study the fundamentals of technique: left hand and intonation, right hand, tone, scales
- Topics of instruction include technique, tone, interpretation, and scales
- Individualized attention and masterclasses
- Performance opportunities
- Boston University transferable course credit
