Online Music Ed Admissions
At the Boston University School of Music, we proudly offer three online music education programs designed for working educators. Whether you’re local, living in Boston, or across the world, we promise you an online degree from BU will be a valuable asset to your scholarly toolkit, providing you with the skills needed to further your career. School of Music admits six times per year (Spring I, Spring II, Summer I, Summer II, Fall I, Fall II) for MM & CAGS in Music Education online programs and one time per year (Fall I) for the DMA in Music Education online program.

Online Art Ed Admissions
The online MA in Art Education is designed for working educators. Whether you’re local, living in Boston, or across the world, we promise you an online degree from BU will be a valuable asset to your scholarly toolkit, providing you with the skills needed to further your career. BU School of Visual Arts admits six times per year (Spring I, Spring II, Summer I, Summer II, Fall I, Fall II) for MA in Art Education online programs.

English Proficiency Requirements
Boston University welcomes applications from students from around the world. CFA accepts TOEFL iBT, TOEFL Essentials, IELTS and Duolingo for graduate students. Minimum scores depend upon the program you are applying to.

Online Non-Degree Courses
CFA welcomes professional artists, musicians, students who recently completed their undergraduate education, and mid-career professionals from other disciplines to explore course offerings and non-degree enrollment.
