Past and upcoming discussions include scaling and revising classes, making the most of course evaluations, designing effective syllabi and assignments, using auto-graders, and best practices for giving and receiving feedback. Sessions often include short presentations, group reflections, and ample time for open discussion, ensuring that every participant leaves with practical takeaways they can apply immediately.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Beyond the topics, Teaching Tea is about building a supportive teaching community. It\u2019s a chance to learn from colleagues\u2019 successes, discuss challenges openly, and experiment with new ideas in a collegial, low-stakes environment.
