I\u2019ve always been passionate about working with children, and <\/span><span>much of my time outside the classroom has been dedicated to mentoring <\/span><span>and supporting them \u2014 whether through Big Sisters of Boston or as an <\/span><span>educator. At BU, I\u2019ve continued to pursue this interest academically <\/span><span>and professionally, and I\u2019m so excited to be a part of the Child<\/span><br \/>\n<span>Cognition Lab. My research interests lie at the intersection of <\/span><span>developmental psychology and child health, and I\u2019m looking forward to <\/span><span>gaining hands-on experience while deepening my understanding of early <\/span><span>cognitive development. After graduation, I plan to attend medical <\/span><span>school and pursue a career in pediatrics.
