As an undergraduate honors student, I completed my honors thesis in the Wilbourn Infant Lab at Duke. My research focused on the maternal influences of emotion label learning in 12 to 24 month old infants using a picture book task. Here at the Brain and Early Experiences lab, I am excited to pursue my passion for working with and learning from children. I also aspire to continue working with children as a physician. In my free time, I like to tutor, hike, play tennis, crochet, cook and watch Netflix.<\/p>\n
Alumni Update: Ryan was the lab manager for the BEE Lab from 2013-2014.
