His career has been devoted to study methods to detect and diagnosis neurodegenerative diseases, particularly chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE). He has &gt;230 peer-reviewed publications in this field and is the PI of multiple NIH-funded grants. His research has laid the foundation for the development and validation of ways to detect pathologies from repetitive TBIs during life.
