Before then, instructors are required to upgrade course sites to the new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/services\/teaching\/lms\/blackboard\/students\/ultra-course-view\/\">Blackboard Ultra<\/a> interface.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>To assist with this necessary transition, BU has launched the \u201cCampus LX Transformation Initiative\u201d. Campus LX will provide assistance, training, and consultation across the university, including to CAS faculty and students.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Common Questions About Ultra:<\/h3>\n<h3>What are some of the key benefits and improvements in Blackboard Ultra for students, faculty, and administrators?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Blackboard Ultra includes most of the functionality of the original version, but with a cleaner interface, a more accessible, mobile-friendly design, and new features including feedback and grading options and AI tools. IS&amp;T has a page outlining the differences <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/services\/teaching\/lms\/blackboard\/instructors\/original-courses-vs-ultra-courses\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How will this transition impact my courses and data?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All of your previous courses and course content can still be accessed.
