My name is Matthew Yee and I\u2019m majoring in Biology (CMG). I grew up in the Greater Boston area, so BU has never been far. Within the sciences, I\u2019m broadly interested in the \u201ccellular aspects\u201d of Biology. I work in a research lab where we study neural circuits underlying the sense of touch. Outside of academics, I\u2019m a volunteer workshop leader with Peer Health Exchange, where we bring health topics to students in under-resourced schools around Boston. I also work as a Resident Assistant in the Lower Bay State neighborhood.
