Eliana Pipes attends the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences’ Women’s Initiative luncheon<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Second-year playwright\u00a0Eliana Pipes\u00a0(GRS’21) was awarded the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’\u00a0Academy Gold Fellowship for Women,<\/a>\u00a0a $35,000 grant. In addition to this honor, she is\u00a0the winner of the Leah Ryan Fund Prize\u00a0for Emerging Women Writers<\/a> for her stage play\u00a0DREAM HOU$E<\/em> and a finalist for the Humanitas Angell Comedy Prize<\/a>\u00a0for her first feature film, a comedy titled\u00a0Fauxricua<\/em>.<\/p>\n
