The CAS Professional Development Committee was founded in summer 2017 with the mission to create, organize, communicate, and execute development opportunities that further positional knowledge, professional growth, and network-building among college administrators, resulting in a well-trained administrative staff who provide critical support to students and faculty.

We coordinate programming and opportunities that address three complementary outcomes:

  1. Furthering positional-specific skills and knowledge
  2. Enhancing general professional competencies and promoting opportunities for career development
  3. Cultivating networks and fostering relationships among administrators, resulting in a supportive community
