A jump of eight spots in the QS annual survey

Boston University is on the rise. London-based QS recently released their World University Rankings, and BU climbed eight spots this year to number 81. The rankings are done annually and compare 980 international colleges and universities and are judged based on a combination factors including, but not limited to, the student-to-faculty ratio, the average number of academic citations per faculty member, and the institution’s reputation among employers and academics globally.
