He\u00a0is experienced in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life stress\/transitions. He has delivered a\u00a0range of evidence-based approaches to meet the needs of his clients, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure. Across these approaches, he views the development of mindfulness skills as fundamental component of successful treatment.
