Vinyasa Flow: A Special lululemon Yoga Experience
Move, breathe, and reset at the end of your day with this special Vinyasa Flow class, presented in partnership with lululemon and the BU Campus Store.* This energizing yet grounding evening practice links breath with movement through a dynamic sequence of poses, helping to build strength, increase flexibility, and release tension. Designed for a range of experience levels, the flow encourages you to move at your own pace while finding a steady, mindful rhythm. Each participant will receive a lululemon mat, and blocks will be available as an optional support tool to enhance your practice, on and off the mat. After class, stay and enjoy a refreshing juice service as you unwind and ease into your evening. Please note: We’ll be documenting this class, and some photos and videos may be used on social media and in future promotional materials. * The new and exclusive Boston University X lululemon shop will open on Thursday, 4/23 at the Campus Store!
