Find Funding: Updates to BU’s Internal Limited Submissions Process
Hosted by Research Development, this informational webinar will refresh faculty’s knowledge of Limited Submission Opportunities (LSOs) and provide key updates to these funding opportunities. Whether you have applied for many LSOs before or this is your first time hearing about them, faculty and investigators across BU–including the Medical Campus and Boston Medical Center–will come away with a clear understanding of this process, recent changes to it, and the potential for funding your research.
LSOs are research funding opportunities that limit the number of applicants from a single institution or organization. This webinar will:
-Walk through some key updates to BU’s internal process for selecting those institutional applicants
-Cover changes to how we announce opportunities internally
-Share where you can find information about LSOs
-Teach applicants how to identify which campus/institution you submit an internal application to
-Address common questions about LSOs.
