[gradFUTURES] Designing your Future for PhDs
In a challenging and rapidly shifting job market, applying design thinking principles to career exploration can unlock hidden opportunities and provide a sense of agency and control. You will learn to reframe uncertainty as a creative opportunity, generate multiple possible career paths, and take practical, low-risk steps toward futures aligned with your values and strengths. Rather than reacting to market pressures, you will leave equipped to proactively shape and build a career that is fully your own. Led by Chris MacPherson *08, a design-thinking lecturer and Haerther Fellow in Princeton's Keller Center and VP of Go to Market at Lovelace AI.
