Master the art of communicating complex research and scholarly work to a non-specialist audience in a clear, concise, and compelling way. Through hands-on exercises and peer feedback, you’ll practice reframing academic language to ensure others understand the broader significance of your skills and expertise and adapt your message for public engagement, networking, and diverse career pathways. Led by Chris Caterine, author of Leaving Academia, this session draws on practical experience supporting PhDs as they communicate their expertise across sectors.
