Navigating Interpersonal Conflict in Academic and Professional Settings
During this workshop offered by Student Wellbeing and the Center for Career Development, graduate students and postdocs will learn to navigate challenging workplace dynamics through self-awareness and confident communication. The interactive session builds leadership skills using self-reflection, real life scenarios, the ladder of inference, and the FAST method. Participants will gain practical tools to manage assumptions, set boundaries, and communicate effectively.
