MFA Graphic Design Thesis Exhibition
The BU College of Fine Arts School of Visual Arts MFA Graphic Design Class of 2026 Thesis Exhibition is on view in the 808 Gallery from April 3 through April 18. The exhibition is open to the public during gallery hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm.
The Master of Fine Arts (MFA) program in Graphic Design provides a sequenced studio approach to advanced design thinking and problem-solving for visual communication, preparing students to thrive in a dynamic professional environment. A solution-based practice framed by key principles defines the core graphic design studios. Students are challenged to articulate a design perspective and method through studio projects emphasizing form, communication, authorship, audience, and medium.
2026 MFA Graphic Design candidates: Colin Ladd, Erica Pritchett, Andi Zhang, Rachel Coffua, Madison Hoppler, Keyue Chen, Valeria Diaz, Haoteng Zhu, Qingyang Liu, Zeyu Yin, Nickola Getchevski, Ziyu Wang, Ruijie Chen, Vibhasa Kanthamraj, Zebadiah Staples, Yingxuan Liu, Yunxi Ye, Xuran Jing, Christin Kim, Zhiyu Huang, Kelly Culnan, Sarah Sutton, Chunyue Shen, Yuhan Zhou
BU SVA’s Thesis Exhibitions showcase work by graduating MFA candidates across Painting, Sculpture, Graphic Design, Print Media & Photography, and Visual Narrative.
