Warfare: Lessons from the Ukraine Battlefield
Ralph Goff is a 35-year veteran of the CIA where he was a 6-time Chief of Station with extensive service in Europe, the Middle East, and Central and South Asia including several war zones. Goff, a Russian and German speaker, is a regular visitor to Ukraine. In this presentation, Mr. Goff will share insights gained from his recent visits to the region.
