Tuesday Night Lecture Series: Stephen Lordan
As part of the Tuesday Night Lecture Series (TNLS), Boston University College of Fine Arts School of Visual Arts presents a lecture by artist Stephen Lordan, organized by the MFA Sculpture program.
Stephen Lordan completed graduate work at Yale University School of Art in the Department of Sculpture, and also studied Fine Art at Goldsmiths College in London. At Yale he worked with Aki Sasamoto as Director of Graduate Studies and with faculty such as American Artist, Gala Porras-Kim, and Kameelah Janan Rasheed. His practice has been supported by the Arts Council of Ireland, including work with the visionary poet Ariana Reines. He has been a visiting artist at the School of Visual Arts in New York and for the ‘Sounding Contemporary’ seminar at Yale.
