Castle Island Day Trip

Take a stroll with us around Castle Island in South Boston, a historic landmark with stunning harbor views. Enjoy the scenic walkway along the waterfront, explore the historic Fort Independence, and watch ships pass through the harbor. This relaxing outing is perfect for soaking up fresh sea air and learning a bit about Boston’s maritime history. Clothing and equipment can be provided by BU Outdoor Programs upon request. Roundtrip transportation is provided from the BU Fitness and Recreation Center to the trip location.
