AI and the Human Leader: What Can't Be Automated (and Why It Matters)
AI is changing everything-but the best leaders know what can't be automated. Empathy. Curiosity. Adaptability. Strategic thinking. As technology transforms our workplaces, these human-centered skills are becoming more essential than ever. Join us online on Wednesday, October 22 as Colleen DelVecchio (CAS'92), Founder and Chief Maximizer at Maxady will dive into: -The uniquely human leadership skills worth doubling down on -How to lead teams through digital transformation -Ways to make space for innovation-without burning people out About the presenter: Colleen is the Founder and Chief Maximizer at Maxady, which basically means she's on a mission to help people and organizations do what they do even better. She's a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, a career strategist, and a dynamic speaker known for turning burnout into brilliance and chaos into clarity. She's also the co-host of Embrace the Squiggle-a top 10% podcast that dives into the messy, magical, and very real career journeys of professional women. Think less "perfect LinkedIn post" and more "what's actually happening behind the scenes." With a BA in psychology from BU, a MS in nonprofit leadership, and a knack for making people feel seen, Colleen is here to help you stay true to yourself as a leader while embracing AI.
