Challenges to Child Health and Well-Being
The Institute for Early Childhood Well-Being invites you to its 2025 Annual Keynote Lecture: "Challenges to Child Health and Well-Being: A Global Perspective on Complex Systems" with Dr. Adnan Hyder, dean of Boston University's School of Public Health.
Dr. Hyder is internationally recognized as one of the world’s foremost scholars in health systems and policy. With more than 25 years of experience advancing global health in low- and middle-income countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East, his pioneering research has shaped the understanding of system design and constraints, biomedical ethics, safety, and injury prevention in developing contexts of scarcity. The Institute for Early Childhood Well-Being's Institute’s Annual Keynote Lecture serves as a forum to explore pressing issues affecting the health and well-being of young children, both locally and globally. We welcome policymakers, early childhood professionals, community leaders, and advocates to participate in this vital discussion. The event will feature a welcome reception followed by Dr. Hyder's keynote address and a panel discussion.| When | 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm on 1 December 2025 |
