BU Choruses & BU Chamber Orchestra - Masterworks Concert
Boston University School of Music presents the BU Choruses and BU Chamber Orchestra in an unforgettable afternoon of choral orchestral treasures and masterworks at All Saints Parish in Brookline. The program features J.S. Bach’s exhilarating Magnificat in D Major (BWV 243), Michael Haydn’s dramatic Insanae et Vanae Cursae, Mendelssohn’s radiant Veni Domine and Adspice Domine, Mozart’s uplifting Beatus Vir from Vesperæ solennes de confessore, and Franz Joseph Haydn’s stirring Missa in angustiis (“Nelson Mass”).
