<P>Speaker: Douglas F. Dluzen.</P> <P>Description: The interview is your moment to share with hiring managers why you should be hired for the role. Join career development professional Douglas F. Dluzen as he discusses ways you can prepare for your interview, develop strong answers to questions, and leave a strong impression. Doug will focus on the STAR method for interviewing and answering questions. </P> <P>Workshop participants will be able to identify best practices for interviewing for a job, explain how to use the STAR method to answer behavioral interview questions, develop two answers to common behavioral interview questions using the STAR method, and learn new tools to self-evaluate their position and values as they enter negotiations for a job offer.</P>
