Pre-Law Basics
Pre-Law Basics workshops provide a venue to meet the pre-law advisors and discuss common questions freshman, sophomore, and transfer students new to pre-law advising may have. In these sessions we will review the academic and personal qualities law schools look for in their applicants. We will discuss ways to explore your interest in law, steps and strategies for preparing for law school, and a suggested timeline for the application process. Students are encouraged to attend at least one of these group sessions as an introduction to the pre-law advising process before scheduling an individual appointment with a pre-law advisor.
